PAC-12 Challenge

Stanford Women were victorious on Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, Nevada, winning each event they competed in at the Pac-12 Challenge.

The regatta featured Pac-12 programs as well as other top rowing teams from around the country, including Cal, Washington, USC, Oregon State, Washington State, UCLA, Univ. of Pennsylvania, Southern Methodist University, Alabama, Clemson, and Iowa. The Pac-12 Invitational gave all teams a chance to compete against both conference foes and other top-national programs in preparation for postseason competition.

Saturday saw the Cardinal race against USC, SMU and Penn, winning each effort by five seconds or more. Stanford also met Clemson in the 2V4 battle, finishing before the Tigers and USC by 18 or more seconds.

Stanford took on UCLA, Clemson and Iowa on Sunday, dominating each of the four races by crossing the finish line at least 11 seconds ahead of each of its competitors.
